Each in-room interactive display (T1V ThinkHub) device has a synced Google Resource calendar. This calendar allows you to add the display to a Google Calendar event, then populates the event on the in-room display’s home screen. If you include a Zoom meeting link in the Google Calendar event, the in-room device will automatically launch the Zoom meeting when selected.

Google Resource Calendar Permissions
Permissions for Google resource calendars for interactive display (T1V Thinkhub) devices are managed via Mcommunity groups. If you are not able to find a Google calendar resource or you are unable to add it to your Google calendar event, make sure you are a part of the calendar’s Mcommunity group.
